I style using a variety of flowers, and botanicals with a goal for long-lasting beauty. A large arrangement for a ledge, mantel, or foyer, or a small succulent container to sit on top of a counter. I design without using floral foam (oasis). It is not a good product for the environment. Contact me for a special event, or to discuss having a regular subscription delivered to your home or office.
Gifting flowers, floral arrangements and potted live plants are amongst the most thoughtful thing that we can do for our near and dear ones, friends and business associates.

About
Bittersweet Floral PDX is about my lifelong joy that revolves around flowers.
As a child in Iowa my family had annual fall outings along the gravel roads to familiar farms. We scampered up hillsides in pursuit of the rambling and twining vine that is wild bittersweet. Our harvest of bittersweet would be shared with friends and relatives. The clumping fruit with an orange exterior cover opens displaying a red-orange interior center. Bittersweet is long lasting, and a favorite accent in fall wreaths.
